Hello, my name is Edvinas, but let’s go with - Eddie

I was born in a European country by the Baltic Sea named - Lithuania. As a grandson of an electrician from my mother’s side and a woodworker/carpenter from my father’s side - I found my passion to build, renew and innovate the atmosphere around me early on as a kid. 

When I was a young teen, we uprooted as a family and settled in a suburb near Chicago. I started working at 16- for a remodeling company full time, where I learned a lot of things that helped me become a carpenter. After “growing out” of that company, life placed me in a firm where I gathered more knowledge and skill-soon becoming the field Manager working with a large in-house crew as well as subcontractors. On the side of the full day job- I craved for something more… that is where flipping houses came in as a side hustle.

All of those opportunities of life- has seasoned and shaped me into the General Contractor that is me-today. I am honored to have built quality, honesty, straight-forwardness, communication and timely manner - into my work ethic through the years. 

Now here we are: a high-school sweetheart of a wife and three children later- I once again uprooted. Longing for new growth- we found ourselves in Naples- flourishing new beginnings, helping locals and our new community.
